Sea Gem is fully equipped with everything which you would need for a restful break.
Lounge
There is a tastefully decorated lounge with two comfortable sofas to relax upon. This room also has the feature of a window seat where you can while away the hours as you gaze at the sea view down the road. There is a good sized flat screen smart TV, where you can log in to Amazon Prime and Netflix ( own log in required), as well as a DVD player to help keep all the family entertained. There is also a good selection of books and board games for your enjoyment.
BT Fibre broadband is provided, which is extremely reliable for anyone who might need to do work whilst they are away.
Kitchen/Diner
The spacious kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave , toaster and cafetiere as well as a good selection of pans and general kitchen utensils.
It has a large table and chairs for meals as well as a breakfast bar complete with two bar stools. Patio doors look on to the securely enclosed garden area. Tea towels and a kitchen welcome pack are provided which includes a dish cloth and pan scourer, as well as a couple of dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets.
In addition, there is an outside utility room which includes a washing machine. There is a rotary washing line with basket and pegs for your use.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom with king-size bed also comes with a wonderful window seat with fantastic views of Penzance and the Jubilee swimming pool. This room has a wall mounted TV for guests to enjoy.
All linen and towels are provided.
Twin Bedroom
The comfortable twin bedroom has plenty of storage space for clothes in the wardrobes and chests of drawers.

Single Bedroom
The compact single bedroom comes with open shelving for storage, together with a hanging rail for clothes, a bedside cabinet and a seating area.
All linen and towels are provided.
Bathroom
The newly re-fitted luxury bathroom has a walk-in power shower, a vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet.
Outdoor Space
Sea Gem has a private garden, enclosed by six foot high fencing. It is a split level garden with a lower patio area , and an upper level of artificial grass. There is no fencing or railing around this upper area, so may not be suitable for young children. There is a garden table and chairs for your use, as well as a rotary washing line.
Dogs
Please note up to two dogs are very welcome ( three if very small) , but there will be an extra £25 per week charge or £20 for a short break. Dogs should not be left alone in Sea Gem and they are not allowed upstairs. Any damage caused by dogs will be charged for accordingly. Thank you.
Details
Free on-street parking is available in the road. Please note this is a residential area and spaces cannot be guaranteed. As this is a Cornish fishing village, it may not be suitable for motorhome type vehicles. If parking cannot be found in the road, there is a nearby road ( Tredavoe Lane) which you can almost always park in and is a 2 minute walk back to Sea Gem.
Please note there are steps which lead up to the front door. There is a handrail provided. There is also step-free access to the rear of the property through a code accessed side gate.
Check-in is at 4pm and check out 10am.
Please note Sea Gem is situated in a residential area and is unsuitable for parties or events. Please be considerate towards our neighbours during your stay, especially as it is a semi-detached property. Thank you.
